During promotions, sales or holidays, ship time may be delayed. Orders received on weekend days and holidays will be processed no sooner than the following business day.

For international orders, please note that we are not responsible for paying duties, customs, taxes, or tariffs once your package arrives at its destination country.

As soon as your items are shipped you'll receive an e-mail with a tracking link. We pack all orders daily in our own warehouse. You'll receive your parcel within 1-3 business days after we shipped it.

Express delivery via DHL Express is available at checkout. DHL Express commits to a "next day delivery" service within Europe & USA, from the moment they collected the package at our warehouse. Pick ups are daily (Mon-Fri) at 13:00 GMT+1.
