RETURNS

If you're not entirely satisfied and would like to return or exchange a product, we're here to help. You have 15 days from the delivery of your order to apply for a return. 

Sale items, gift cards, and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Please ensure all item are returned clean, unworn, with tags, folden nicely and put back in the original package. Direct exchanges are not possible. We kindly ask to return it  and place a new order for the correct size or product.

To RETURN an item within the EU*:

  1. Scan the QR-code on the packing list and register your return. Within 48 hours you'll receive a confirmation email.
  2. Put them in a box and add the packing list you received. 
  3. Ship them with a courier of your choice. Shippings costs for the return are always paid by the customer. 
  4. *Returns outside of the EU are not possible due custom/tax legislations.

The REFUND of an item:

  1. We will refund the money within 15 business days after delivery at our warehouse. Shipping costs are always excluded. 
  2. If, for some reason, you have not received a refund after 30 days, please reach out to us at hello@erstwhile.be
