A TRIBUTE TO THE GROUP RIDE
We just got back from Bourg-Saint-Maurice, a small town tucked away in the French Alps, at the foot of iconic climbs like the Col de l’Iseran, Cormet de Roselend, and Col du Petit Saint-Bernard. Together with Jozef and Charline, we spent a few days chasing light, climbing passes, and capturing the spirit of the VÉLO Klub. What started as a shoot quickly turned into a proper adventure — long rides, shared meals, and fresh mountain air we won’t forget anytime soon.
Launch is set for Thursday, June 5 — everything’s nearly ready to roll.
LETS REWIND
Four years ago, we launched our very first cycling jersey. We called it the VÉLO Klub — a tribute to all the local cycling groups out there, from Japan to the States and from Belgium to Australia, who come together for the simple joy of turning the pedals. We designed a jersey, gathered a few friends, and headed to the Ardennes for a weekend of riding, good company, and a photo shoot.
The shirt sold out quickly, and we received a wave of great feedback from people who recognised themselves in the spirit of the VÉLO KLUB.
SAME SPIRIT, FRESH VIBE
Four years went by. We felt it was time to bring the VÉLO KLUB back to life. So we went back to the drawing board — starting from scratch. The colours stayed the same, but the design got a fresh new vibe. And this time, we added a few extra pieces: two T-shirts, a sweatshirt, a cap, and a couple of surprises.
We're heading to the Alps soon for a shoot, staying in a beautiful chalet near some of the most iconic cols. After four years, the Vélo Klub is finally making its return.
A HOMETOWN COLLAB
The first VÉLO KLUB drop was entirely our own. This time, we teamed up with our friends at Peloton de Paris, a premium cycling apparel brand also based in Mechelen (Belgium. We actually share a shop, a warehouse and an office. Keeping it close to home, just the way we like it. We can’t wait to show you the full collection. Almost there.
