If you're not entirely satisfied and would like to return or exchange a product, we're here to help. You have 15 days after the delivery of your order to apply for a return. Please note that all Sale and discounted items are final, no returns, no exchanges, no exceptions.

To RETURN an item within the EU:

  1. Scan the QR-code on the packing list you received.
  2. Check if the info is right. Select the items you want to return and the reason why. Confirm. Within 48 hours you'll receive a confirmation email.
  3. Put them in a box and add the packing list you received or a note stating your name and ordernumber. If not added our warehouse can't link the return to you customer profile.  
  4. Ship them with a courier of your choice. Shippings costs are always paid by the customer. 
  5. For returns outside the EU please note that import service fees my apply, charged by the Government. Please add the original invoice in threefold in a transparent sleeve outside the box. Mention on the invoice this a return.
  6. After our warehouse has received your return we'll refund it within 15 working days after reception.
  7. To exchange an item, we kindly ask you to place a new order in our online store of the correct size or product.
The REFUND of an item:
  1. Once we've received your return, we'll inspect it thoroughly to make sure it is 100% ok.
  2. If that is the case, we will refund the money within 15 business days after delivery at our warehouse. Shipping costs are always excluded.
