RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you're not entirely satisfied and would like to return or exchange a product, we're here to help. You have 15 days after the delivery of your order to apply for a return.
To RETURN an item within the EU:
1. Login to your profile, click on your order and click on the RETURN button in the top right corner. Then follow the instructions in the return menu.
2. We will answer within 48hrs with a return label if applicable.
3. Put all items and the original packing list in an adequate return box. Attach the return label and bring it to the courier service.
To RETURN an item outside of the EU:
1. Please follow steps 1-3 mentioned above to return an item
2. Add the original invoice in threefold in a transparent sleeve on the outside of the box. Clearly mention on the invoice, it concerns a return for which all applicable taxes and duties were already paid.
3. We can only issue return labels for EU countries. Due to customs and tax laws, non-EU returns have to be returned at your own cost with a courier of choice. Like many other brands, we're looking into this matter to resolve this, to give a smoother service and better experience.
To EXCHANGE an item:
1. To exchange an item, we kindly ask you to place a new order in our online store.
2. To return the wrong item, please follow the return procedure mentioned above.
The REFUND of an item:
1. Once we've received your return, we'll inspect them thoroughly to make sure it is 100% ok.
2. If that is the case, we will refund the money within 15 business days after delivery at our warehouse. Shipping costs are always excluded.
3. If, for some reason, you have not received a refund after 30 days, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
